Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
Every purchase directly supports animal welfare and rescue efforts. The moment an order is placed, those funds are committed to feeding, sheltering, medical care, and protection for animals in need. Issuing refunds would mean pulling resources away from animals who are already depending on that support.
For that reason, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances.
Size Exchanges Only
We understand that sizing isn’t always perfect. We therefore allow exchanges for a different size of the same item, when available. Due to the nature of online mockups the final design may appear slightly different than the mockup image, usually larger and more vibrant.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs
We cannot offer exchanges for different styles, colors, or products.
